2. Services

We provide pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each job are confirmed before work begins. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding agreement for services.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed at the property. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you represent that:

You are the property owner or have authorization to request services at the property
You will provide access to the service area, including a working outdoor water source
You will move or secure personal items, vehicles, and pets from the work area
You will inform us of any known property conditions that may affect the work (e.g., loose siding, cracked concrete)

5. Satisfaction and Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed, or conditions beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Handy Edit shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces, including cracked, loose, or deteriorated materials
Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed through pressure washing
Damage caused by undisclosed property conditions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a service without charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via cash, check, and digital payment methods. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains or discoloration, as results depend on surface condition, age, and material type.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
